For third-party data processed on behalf of a business customer, the customer determines purposes and provides documented instructions. The operator processes data only to provide the service, restricts access to authorized people under confidentiality obligations and maintains access controls, incident records and customer-requested recovery copies. Customers must be authorized to upload the data.
Subject and duration: document organization and review during use and until instructed return or deletion, including separate recovery copies. Data: identifiers, contact, tax and financial information about customers, suppliers, employees and taxpayers in uploaded files. An extraction request instructs transmission to the provider identified in the privacy policy. New subprocessors and material changes must be communicated before use with an opportunity for reasoned objection.
The operator provides reasonable assistance with data-subject rights, incidents, assessments and evidence of safeguards; reports breaches without undue delay and makes audit information available on request. On termination, data is returned or deleted as instructed unless law requires retention. International-transfer terms and provider details are in the privacy policy.
