How we handle your data.

The free SAF-T → Excel converter processes XML only in the browser: it does not send file contents to the server, save them in the account or consume extraction pages. The downloaded workbook remains on your device.

The operator identified on this page controls account, contract, billing, support and security data. Processing is based on contract performance, legal obligations and service protection according to purpose. Originals are sent to the extraction provider only when you request extraction. Stripe processes payments when connected; we do not store card numbers.

Reviews and originals remain until deleted. All saved versions are kept; subsequent saves do not remove older versions. Recovery copies are separate and remain until you explicitly delete them. Deleting a review does not delete its recovery copy. Closed support requests become eligible for administrative deletion after 365 days and technical events after 90 days; overdue maintenance is shown as pending until executed. Contract and fiscal records: retention period and basis must be confirmed before launch.

Request access, correction, deletion or other action in your account. A downloadable receipt has an initial one-month deadline; extensions require a reason and communication. You may contact the operator or complain to CNPD. Deletion excludes records whose retention is legally required. This version uses no advertising cookies; authentication requires session mechanisms.
