InvoDirect organizes documents, compares information and records explanations. We do not keep the books, file returns or certify accounts. Customers confirm sources, taxpayer, period, completeness and results before use. Access is personal through InvoDirect authentication; do not share your session. Commercial registration is limited to customers in Portugal.

The first review is free: one review per account, for a fixed tax ID and period, without application file or page quotas. Deleting or restoring the review does not reset the trial. IRS: 12,29 EUR, one-time payment including VAT, for one review, primary tax ID and income year; without application file or page quotas. Add documents, correct data and save for 30 days from the first payment confirmation. There is no automatic renewal. Company: 18,44 EUR per month including VAT, for one fixed company tax ID, without application review, file or page quotas. The company subscription does not include IRS purchases. We apply no application storage quotas to originals or backups. There are no automatic overage charges. Supported scenarios and essential findings are not hidden by plan. Originals are stored independently of recognition results. Assisted extraction depends on supported formats and provider limits. Viewing and export remain available. Price changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order. The IRS period is not a deletion deadline: viewing, export and support remain available after paid access ends. A full refund revokes new edits for that IRS purchase; a payment dispute suspends editing until resolved without extending the original period. Partial refunds do not reset pages or extend access.

Cancel the Company subscription renewal in your account; paid access lasts until the paid period ends. Cancellation is separate from a refund request. Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw. Use Account → Support → Withdrawal and download the receipt. Requesting an immediate start is separate and does not constitute a blanket waiver. Where legally applicable, a proportionate amount for services actually supplied may be due. The operator reviews requests and refunds.

Suspension restricts changes and new operations; document access, export and support remain available. Report faults or incomplete results through support. We do not promise error-free or uninterrupted service. Statutory consumer rights prevail. Portuguese law applies without excluding mandatory consumer protections.
